1. Platform Description
Pay X MinT is a software platform providing UPI payment technology integration. We enable merchants to collect payments using their own accounts.
2. Merchant Eligibility
Services are exclusively available to legally registered businesses and individuals operating legitimate businesses.
3. KYC Requirements
Merchants must complete necessary KYC verification before using the platform for live transactions.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
The platform must only be used for legitimate business purposes. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance may result in immediate suspension.
5. Platform Fee Terms
A 2% platform fee applies to every successful transaction, deducted automatically from the pre-loaded merchant wallet.
6. Monthly Maintenance Terms
A monthly maintenance fee of ₹5,000 is deducted from the merchant wallet at 11:55 PM on the 30th/31st of each month.
7. Merchant Wallet and Recharge Terms
Merchants must pre-load their wallet to cover platform and maintenance fees. Minimum recharge is ₹5,000 + 18% GST.
8. Settlement Responsibility
Settlements go directly to the merchant's own accounts (e.g., GPay Business, Paytm Business, PineLabs). Pay X MinT does not hold merchant settlements.
9. Prohibited Activities
Use of the platform for illegal activities, unauthorized collections, or any activity prohibited by law is strictly forbidden.
10. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose an unacceptable risk to the platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
Pay X MinT is not liable for merchant transaction disputes, mismatch payments, or issues arising from the merchant's own payment accounts.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
