What is a Payxmint Sub-Admin?
Payxmint Sub-Admin is a business-management technology feature designed for users who operate, own, manage or provide technology/services to multiple legitimate online businesses, websites, applications, SaaS products or business partners.
A Sub-Admin can use Payxmint technology to organize multiple merchants and supported business accounts from a centralized environment.
It does not make Payxmint the owner, operator or financial controller of the businesses managed by the Sub-Admin.
Who is Sub-Admin designed for?
Multiple Online Businesses
For businesses operating multiple websites, stores, applications or brands.
Multiple SaaS Products
For an operator managing several SaaS products requiring separate structures.
Business Partnerships
For commercial relationships requiring centralized merchant/account management.
Multi-Merchant Management
For businesses requiring separate accounts, staff access, and operational controls.
The Sub-Admin must have appropriate authority, permission and lawful commercial relationships with businesses/merchants that it creates, manages or connects through Payxmint.
Sub-Admin Capabilities
Subject to the applicable Payxmint plan, technical availability and provider restrictions, a Sub-Admin may be able to:
Important
Never state that Payxmint itself determines, executes or guarantees settlement.
The Technology Workflow
Payxmint provides the technology infrastructure. Actual payment processing and settlement remain subject to connected third-party providers.
Technology & Management Flow
Customer Payment Flow
Payxmint technology helps manage the payment workflow. Payxmint does not become the holder of merchant settlement funds merely because the transaction is visible or managed through a Payxmint dashboard.
Your Businesses. Your Management. Payxmint Technology.
A Sub-Admin independently manages its business relationships with the merchants/businesses operating under it. Payxmint provides the technology infrastructure and management tools.
Subject to applicable law, contractual arrangements and third-party provider requirements, the Sub-Admin may independently determine operational matters relating to its merchants, such as assigned accounts, access, and workflows.
However, neither a Payxmint dashboard setting nor a Sub-Admin configuration constitutes a guarantee of settlement. Actual payment processing and settlement remain subject to the connected bank or provider.
Third-Party Business Accounts
A Sub-Admin may connect/manage supported business accounts (e.g. Google Pay Business, Paytm Business, Pine Labs) where the Sub-Admin has appropriate authorization.
Payxmint only provides integration/management technology. The relevant provider independently determines account approval, KYC/KYB, transaction limits, payment acceptance, and settlement.
Payxmint may help coordinate obtaining accounts through onboarding vendors, but cannot override provider decisions or guarantee approval or settlement.
Dashboard Information & Fees
Transaction, settlement, status, reconciliation or reporting information displayed within Payxmint may originate from APIs, webhooks, or third-party systems. For financial reconciliation, users should verify critical information against applicable provider/bank records.
If a Sub-Admin independently charges its merchants for legitimate services, those arrangements are between the Sub-Admin and Merchant. Payxmint's own platform charges remain entirely separate. Payxmint does not collect money on behalf of the Sub-Admin.
Payxmint Does Not Hold or Control Merchant Settlement Funds
The availability of Sub-Admin functionality must not be interpreted to mean that Payxmint receives, pools, holds, controls, safeguards or settles funds belonging to a Sub-Admin, merchant or merchant customer.
Payxmint provides technology that enables authorized users to manage supported payment/business account integrations and related operational information. Where payments are processed through a connected third-party business/payment account, the handling and settlement of those funds is governed by the applicable provider, bank and underlying commercial arrangement.
Payxmint's role remains that of a technology/software service provider.
Settlements Under a Sub-Admin
Settlement depends upon the actual payment/business account structure being used. If a payment is processed through a business/payment account connected or managed by a Sub-Admin, the applicable business account provider/bank and the authorized account holder's arrangement govern the handling of those funds.
Payxmint does NOT guarantee:
- • Merchant settlement amount
- • Settlement date / frequency
- • T+0 or T+1 settlement
- • Instant settlement
- • Availability of settlement
- • Release of frozen funds
- • Removal of bank liens/holds
- • Third-party account availability
Payxmint cannot release money that it does not possess or control.
Settlement Cycle Configuration
Where supported, Payxmint may provide technology that allows a Sub-Admin to configure, record, monitor or manage settlement-related preferences and reconciliation workflows for its business operations.
Any such configuration is an operational technology feature. It does not mean that Payxmint takes possession of merchant funds or becomes the settlement provider.
Sub-Admin Responsibilities
Every Sub-Admin must agree that it will operate lawful businesses, add legitimate merchants, have appropriate authorization, and not misrepresent itself as Payxmint.
A Sub-Admin must NOT:
- • Present itself as a bank or payment gateway on behalf of Payxmint.
- • Promise guaranteed settlement or account approval.
- • Tell merchants Payxmint is holding their funds.
- • Use Payxmint branding deceptively or create unauthorized accounts.
Payxmint may suspend Sub-Admin access for material misrepresentation or unlawful activity.
Disputes Between Sub-Admin & Merchant
If a Merchant has an issue involving a Sub-Admin, they may contact Payxmint Support regarding platform access, platform misuse, or to establish an independent setup.
However, Payxmint is not a guarantor, escrow agent or settlement intermediary. For disputes concerning money that Payxmint does not hold, Payxmint cannot release those funds. The affected party should contact the Sub-Admin, business account holder, or bank.
Want to Operate Independently?
A merchant using Payxmint through a Sub-Admin may contact Payxmint support to establish an independent merchant setup using their own eligible business/payment account for future transactions.
A merchant's transition to an independent setup does not automatically transfer ownership, balances, settlement rights, data or contractual obligations belonging to a Sub-Admin or third-party provider.
